Biography (2nd paragraph contains spoilers) Tybalt lives in and works with stealth and shadows. Perhaps no one knows Neo Verona better than he; his network of informants provide him with eyes in every part of the city. He first appears to save Juliet and her friends from a band of assassins and since that time, has proven that he wants the tyrannical Duke Montague overthrown probably more than the remnants of House Capulet do. He remains guarded about his identity and intentions, however, and appears unconvinced of Juliet's ability to lead the revolution. It is only later that his motivations become clear. Tybalt is in fact, the illegitimate child of Laertes Montague and a Capulet noblewoman. This makes him both a relation of Juliet and Romeo's half brother. Tybalt holds a deep hatred for Montague as a result of the betrayal of his mother and House Capulet, and wishes nothing more than to see the tyrant dead. Abilities Tybalt uses a two sword style of fighting; he keeps a sword and a shorter dagger or dirk sheathed at his back, beneath his cloak. He also is the owner of a black pegasus (or ryūba). He appears to be skilled in stealth, and with creating networks of people to gather information. |
